AGI glaspac (an SBU of HSIL Limited) is a professionally managed and one of the dominant players in container glass industry, with an expected turnover of about Rs. 600 crores in the current year. We require the following personnel for our units located at Hyderabad and Bhongir.
1. Engineer – Mould Repair (Hyd)
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 10 years of experience in maintenance of glass moulds/plastic injection moulds/forging moulds. Hands-on experience in spray welding/TIG welding is essential.
2. Engineer-Design (Hyd)
First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Post graduate Diploma in Tool Design and knowledge of CAD & CAM with minimum 5 to 6 years experience in Designing and CAD Programming. Knowledge of Pro-E is essential.
3. Engineer – Electrical (Hyd)
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3 to 7 years experience in heavy engineering/process industry will be considered. Candidates having experience in electrical distribution in 33/11 KV transformers, electrical panels, heavy electrical motors will be preferred.
4. Assistant Engineer – Instrumentation (Hyd)
Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 2 to 4 years experience in preventive and break down maintenance of various process instruments is essential.
5. Jr. Engineer – Quality Control/Inspection (Hyd)
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B Sc. (MPC) with 3 to 5 years experience in an Engineering/Process industry. Should be conversant with ISO 9000 and SQC procedures.
6. Jr. Engineer – Maintenance (Hyd/Bhongir)
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience in any Manufacturing/Process/Cement/ Pharmaceutical industry in maintenance of blowers, compressors, conveying equipments/pumps, gear boxes etc., will be suitable.
7. Jr. Engineer – CNC (Hyd)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience in operating a CNC – Lathe/Milling machines. Knowledge of Tool setting and programming is essential.
8. Security Supervisors (Hyd/Bhongir)
Ex-service men or Graduates with 10 years experience in any private agency working in shifts, taking care of group of contract security personnel, may apply.
Salary commensurate with experience for the above positions. Candidates recruited for Bhongir Plant should stay in Bhongir only.
9. Diploma/Graduate Engineer Trainees (Bhongir)
Fresh First Class Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering may only apply. Aged around 25 years. Rs.8.550/- Rs.9,850/- p.m. will be paid as stipend to Diploma/Graduate Engineer Trainees respectively. Candidates posted in Manufacturing Department will be paid an extra amount of Rs. 1,950/- p.m.
10. Technical Trainees – Grade-III (Hyd)
B.Sc. (Maths, Physics & Chemistry) with First Class, aged around 25 years can apply. The candidates will be on training for one year and an amount of Rs.6,650/- per month will be paid as stipend during the training period. On successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Jr. Engineers. Candidate having exposure to quality assurance/control may also apply.

Hi, I give interview in this company. There are so many draw backs in their selection procedure. First they did not defined the roles and responsibilities is call letter. Even up to last moment, you don’t able to know is it H.R round or technical round or some thing very personal not related to interview . All question are about Past. Why you left job ? Why you chainging so many companies? Why you regined?
They did not ask you what is your skills area of intrest?
The stupid questions are, why you want to go bhongir?why you don’t want to live with your father mother? Live with your family.
But in job opening their first condition is must live in bhongir.
If you answer all question truly then, at the end they tell you , ” I don’t believe you?” or
If you tell your achievements then they tell “Why we believe you?” There is not a single Question about subject Or Profile for which you applied and they are interviewing.
It is a some kind of joke. Just waist of time.
In my full interview even for a signal minute I did not have feeling that the person sitting in front of me is a V.P or XYZ. I think they already decied the candidate and taking only fake interview.
For me just doing time pass.
