PARA – 1:
Recruitment Applications are invited On-line through the proforma Application to be made available on WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) from 07/06/2012 to 07/07/2012 (Note: 05/07/2012 is the last date for payment of fee) for recruitment to the post of SENIOR STENOGRAPHERS IN A.P. SECRETARIAT SUB ORDINATE SERVICE / A.P. TRIBUNAL FOR DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS / A.P. MINISTERIAL SERVICES.

PARA-2: EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must possess the qualifications from a recognized University as detailed below or equivalent thereto, subject to various specifications in the relevant service rules and as indented by the department as on the date of notification.

a) Pass in Typewriting and Shorthand Higher in English, and b) Pass in Typewriting and Shorthand Lower Grade in Telugu. |
| 02 | Senior Stenographer in A.P. Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings | Must hold B.A./ B.Sc./B.Com or equivalent qualification. Type Writing Higher Grade, Shorthand Higher (Both in English). |
| 03 | Senior Stenographers in A.P. Ministerial Service. | a) Academic Qualifications: Intermediate.
b) Technical Qualifications: Pass in Shorthand and Typewriting by |
PARA-3 AGE: Minimum 18 years & Maximum 34 years as on 01/07/2011.
N.B.: No person shall be eligible if less than 18 years and is more than 34 of years.
NOTE: The upper age limit prescribed above is relaxable in the following cases:
