* SL.No.1 – This post is on Fixed Tenure basis, for a period of three years, for execution of major projects in North Eastern / Coastal India/ Karnataka. Candidates selected for Sr. Engineer (Civil), may be required to stay in Assam till completion of the project, after which they may be deputed to other projects, elsewhere in the country. Fixed tenure may be reviewed after three years.
QUALIFICATION: Four years full time BE/B.Tech Degree (in the above specified disciplines only), from reputed institutes. First Class for Gen / OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
RESERVATION: The posts at Sl .No. 1 are reserved for OBC and ST candidates. The upper age limit indicated above is for candidates belonging to General Category. The upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Candidates claiming to belong to OBC/SC/ST/PWD category, should compulsorily produce the caste certificate in the format prescribed, available on the BEL website, failing which their candidature will not be considered. Reservation will be as per Govt. guidelines for the remaining two posts at Sl. Nos. 2 and 3.
EXPERIENCE:
Sl. No. 1: 4 years of experience in Project Planning, execution of industrial infrastructure, Quality Control Procedure and co-ordination of inter-disciplinary activities.
Sl. No. 2 and 3 : Hands on experience in the design of PCBs in various PCB Design software platforms / E-CAD Tools. Should have proven experience particularly in the field of High Speed PCB Design, High Density Interconnection and advanced concepts of Printed Circuit Board Design.
Sl. No. 2: IPC trained / certified professionals will be preferred. Working knowledge on SI, PI, Thermal Analysis and EMI/EMC on Multilayer PCB Design is preferred.
METHOD OF SELECTION: Selection will be through a Written Test, followed by an Interview for only those candidates who qualify in the written test.
FEE: Candidates belonging to Gen /OBC category are required pay an application fee of Rs. 500/-.
