To provide a full secretarial service to the Senior Faculty. Manage E-mails, Draft Letters. Memos and general correspondence. Organize, operate and maintain a comprehensive filing system for the Faculty. Plan and make arrangements for meetings, travel as required. Research relevant information via the Internet. Help prepare Power Point presentations. Take minutes of meetings, if required. Assist in arranging /coordinating institutional events (seminars, conferences). Preparation of various reports and presentations. Support faculty in coordinating and running courses and academe programmes, Manage and support junior secretaries.
Qualification: A Graduate with minimum of 10 years of experience as Secretary to Director/CEO or as academic coordinators. Versatile in Computer applications including MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) E-mail, Lotus Notes, Internet Surfing, Efficient in handling modern office equipment. Proficient in English (written and spoken) and able to speak Telugu and Hindi.
We are looking for junior secretary who will assist the Dean and Senior Faculty in compiling data and other research work at the institute. Handling Correspondence and E-mail takes and transcribes notes for letters, emails, memo, prepares presentations, assists executive secretaries coordinate the administrative support requirement of all members of faculty.
Qualification: A Graduate with minimum of 5 years of experience as Secretary assisting faculty members at an institute. Fully conversant with MS Office applications. Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Telugu and Hindi.
