Building Envelope Design Desired Profile: Experience in facade and roof engineering solutions in different site and climatic conditions, using control of daylight, glare, energy, heat and moisture, optimising different variables to achieve the desired aesthetics and indoor environment qualities. Must have exposure to the variables in the design of facades such as cost, aesthetics, heat gain & acoustics. |
Life-cycle Costing of Building & Service Equipment Desired Profile: Experience in life-cycle costing of various buildings and service equipment such as HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing and sanitary items. Should have knowledge of LCC analysis required lo demonstrate lower operational cost. |

Qualifications: Post-graduate Engineers / Post-graduate Architects; Ph.D. in Building Science/Physics preferred.
Experience: 5+ years.
