HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS
Responsibilities: To lead an in-house communications team comprising editors & layout artists, conceptualize publications ranging from routine to strategic, using online media to build the brand.
Qualifications: Advanced degree in communications with 10 years experience in a senior position in the communication industry or social sector. The candidate must have superior English language skills and functional knowledge of Hindi and Telugu.
PATHOLOGIST
Responsibilities: To manage the ocular pathology laboratory, actively participate in research and teaching/training programs, and ensure laboratory standards as per NABH/NABL requirements
Qualifications: MD (Path) from a recognized/reputed institute with 1-2 years laboratory experience, with research interests.
TRAINING COORDINATOR
Responsibilities: To plan, organize, administer and evaluate training programs at the Institute’s Ramayamma International Eye Bank
Qualifications: Master’s degree in any specialty with 1-2 years experience in course delivery, excellent public speaking and presentation skills, and good written and oral communication skills
HEAD NURSE
Responsibilities: To organize and manage the operating room complex, staff and systems in a high volume setting.
Qualifications: Graduate/postgraduate degree in nursing with experience and confidence to run a large operating room facility, with understanding of operating room standards, interest in training nurses and support staff. Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu
