The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) located at CGO Complex, New Delhi is the nodal Ministry of the Government of India for all matters relating to new and renewable energy. The broad aim of the Ministry is to develop and deploy new and renewable energy for supplementing the energy requirements of the country. For providing high quality services for attending to specific and time bound jobs like Eco- Technical appraisal of the Scientific project and Programmes, financial Investigation/ analysis of projects funded by MNRE, preparation/ investigation of project reports, Research and Development work etc., Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) invites applications from suitable candidates for their engagement under the following Categories. The MNRE reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in full any or all the responses without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Age limit: 28 years.(Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes, 3 years for OBCs and 10 years for Physically handicapped applicants) |
i) M.Sc. / BE / B.Tech. or equivalent degree with at least 60 per cent marks from a recognized University.
ii) One year specialized experience in Research & Development / Industrial 7 Academic Institutions and 7 or Science and Technology Organizations with good knowledge of Computers. Experience as Trainee/ intern 7 Researcher will also qualify. |
| Senior Technical Trainee | One year extendable for another one year based on performance and requirement of their services in the Ministry.

i) Ph. D in Science with research of good quality or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology, (ii) One years of experience in Research and Development / Industrial / Academic Institutions and / or Science and Technology Organizations. The degree shall be in the discipline / subject relevant to the actual job requirements. Experience as Trainee/ Intern / Researcher will also qualify. |
