Analyst: Freshers are eligible
Sr. Analyst: 1 to 5 years of experience in any domain (Customer Support, Tech Support, Data processing, Transaction Processing, Data Analysis Collections, Market research, Marketing/Sales, Operations, Quality Functions, Process management)
Essentials:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong Computer and Internet skills
• Ability to think strategically, independent in decision making along with analytical skills
• Willing to work in night shifts
Job Description:
• Will be responsible for decisions regarding accuracy of data with the specific task of identifying patterns in data
• Work on tasks that are moderately complex in nature, comparing between multiple sources of information with great attention to detail
• May be required to interact by phone where resource must point questions to validate the Information given
• Required to interact with program management for regular and ongoing training and to provide direct feedback about the process and the results of the work
