The advertisement giving details regarding number of vacancies, reservation to SC/ST/OBC/ Ex Servicemen eligibility criteria, examination fees, mode of examination, age relaxation, General Instructions, terms & Conditions and prescribed format has been notified by Railway Recruitment Board, Bhopal (Centralised Employment Notice No.01/2011) and has been published in the Employment News/Rojgar Samachar (Hindi & Urdu) dated 13.08.2011-19.08.2011 edition. The same is also available on the RRB/Bhubaneswar’s website given above.
Applicants desirous of applying against the vacancies of RRB/Bhubaneswar may send separate application complete in all respect to the Assistant Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board. D-79/80. Rail Vihar. Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar-751023, Orissa by post or drop in the box kept for this purpose in the office of RRB/Bhubaneswar within the closing date and time. i.e. by 12.09.2011 (17:30 hours).
Online registration facility is also available. The applicant may fill up the application form available in RRB/Bhubaneswar’s website and then take printout of the filled in application on one side of A4 size xerox papers. After taking out the print of the filled in application, write the given paragraph on the application form, put required signatures & left hand thumb impression & paste the photograph at appropriate space on the application form, attach copies of relevant certificates and also IPO/’DD towards examination fee (where applicable) with the application form and then send the application form complete in all respect to RRB/Bhubaneswar so as to reach this office on or before 12.09 2011 (17:30 hours). A mere registration of application online will have no meaning unless the application complete with above mentioned formalities & annexures is physically received before the date and time of closure. Applications received after the closing date and time will be rejected.
