Sr.Engineer /Jr.Engineer/Supervisor- (Finishings)
B.Tech/Diploma/any graduate with Minimum 6 Years of Experience.
Job Description : Responsible for all activities like plaster, flooring, MEP works, cladding, false ceiling etc. To carry out Technical supervision of work such as waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc., at all stages of finishing works & Handover. Preparation & deployment of method statements, inspection & test plans for finishing works. Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving issues related to activities related to finishing. To assist the engineering team in complying with customer requirements with regards to finish product quality & suggest alternative.
Architect
B.Arch / M.Arch with Minimum 6 Years of Experience.
Job Description: The role of a senior architect includes heading a team of architects or architect interns and managing multiple projects, the professional is also required to interact with clients, understand their needs and develop designs and concepts and present them to the client.
