PROJECT MANAGER: B.Tech, M.Tech (Civil) with 8-10 years of work experience in Multi-storied/High Rise/Commercial construction projects more than 10 lakh sft. Must have through knowledge in quality control and monitoring the project schedules; preferred age below 40 years.
SENIOR ARCHITECTS: B.Arch/M.Arch. with 5 years experience in planing, concept designing working drawings and on site experience for multistoried residential/ commercial projects. AutoCAD, 3D MAX. Revit are a must.
SENIOR ENGINEERS: B.Tech/M.Tech. (Civil) with 6-8 years experience in Execution of Multistoried/ Residential/ Commercial/Gated Community Projects. Must have knowledge in all finishing works, RCC works, etc.; Preferred age below 35 years
QUANTITY SURVEYORS: Civil Engineers (Graduate/Diploma) with 3-6 years of experience in Quantity. BOQs, Preparation of contractors running bills, estimation & quantity analysis for multistoried apartments; preferable age below 30 years.
AGM CUSTOMER CARE: Graduate/Post Graduate with 6-12 years of experience in customer care in residential highrise apartments, gated communities desired. Will be responsible for customer satisfaction, post property handing over process; preferred age below 35 years.
AGM FACILITIES: Graduate/Post Graduate in Facility Management with 6-12 years of experience in interdisciplinary field primarily devoted to the maintenance of residential/commercial buildings of 5 lakh sft and above, experience in hospitals, hotel, gated communities of 200 above families will be added advantage; preferred age betow 35 years.
SUPERVISOR: Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of work experience in multistoried/High Rise/Commercial construction projects.
