Who Are We Looking For?
Technical Support Executive with minimum 2 years experience in remote support with strong knowledge of Microsoft OS (Windows Vista / Windows 7) and Microsoft desktop applications.
Provide phone, e-mail and chat based technical support to our various clients across the globe. The support boundaries include but are not limited to hardware, networkmg, applications troubleshooting.
