COMPENSATION

Position No Grade Basic Scale (Rs.) CTC Range (Rs/lakhs per annum)
1 S1 Rs 9,000 – 22,000 Rs 3 to 5 lakhs

Selected candidate for the above position will be placed in the appropriate Grade and Scales of Pay, and actual compensation package offered will depend on qualification, experience etc

Candidates belonging to this category should specifically mention the same in their applications. Relaxation in maximum age prescribed is applicable in case of SC / ST / OBC and Physically Handicapped candidates as per Government of India Directives. Qualification The applicant should be a Graduate with Diploma in Travel & Tourism working knowledge in MS Office. Those with IATA Diploma will be preferred.
Indicative Job Description The incumbent shall be responsible for

a) Sales & Marketing functions of the branch including addition of new customers.

b) Achieving assigned sales targets.

c) Timely submission of bills to the clients & ensuring systematic & timely collection of outstanding payments from the clients to meet collection targets.

d) Maintaining good relations with the clients and ensuring fault free services to them. The above is only indicative and not exhaustive.

Experience Profile Should have a minimum post qualification experience of 3 years preferably in Sales & Marketing Functions.
