SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR SC/ST/PWD

Dredging Corporation of India Limited, the largest Public Sector Dredging and Maritime Development Company in India with a status of “Mini-Ratna” Category-I, a successful Domestic & Global Player in the field of Dredging, requires dynamic, result oriented professionals with proven track record for the following posts:

1. MANAGER (F) – 01 Post (SC)
Scale of Pay: Rs.29100 – 54500
Age: Upto 40 Years
Qualifications: Member of CA/ICWAI
Experience: Candidates should have experience in the Fin.& Accts. Department and should be well conversant in financial, taxation, compilation of final accounts, budgetary control, work contracts etc.
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 8 years Post Qualification Experience.

2. MANAGER (HR) – 01 Post (SC)
Scale of Pay: Rs.29100 – 54500
Age: Upto 40 Years
Qualification: PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR from a recognised University.
Experience: Candidates should have experience in HR Department and exposure to HRD systems, handling recruitment, IR matters and establishment matters etc.,
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 8 years post qualification experience.

3. DY. MANAGER (MATERIALS) – 1 POST (ST)
Scale of Pay: RS.20600 – 46500
Age: Upto 35 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.(Mech.)/ Electrical /Electronics /Production Engg/ (Mech.Marine) from a recognised University. PG Degree or PG Diploma in Materials Management is preferred.
Experience: Candidate should have experience in Materials department.
Should have 02 years of experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 04 years of post-qualification experience.

4. ASST.MANAGER (FINANCE) – 1 POST (ST)
Scale of Pay: Rs.16400-40500
Age: Upto 35 years
Qualifications: CA/ ICWAI.
Experience: Candidates should have experience in Finance & Accounts dept.
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 2 years post qualification experience.

5. SUPERINTENDENT (ACCOUNTS) – 1 (PWD hearing impaired)
SCALE OF PAY: RS.12050-29450
Age: Below 35 years
Qualification:
i) 1st or 2nd class graduate preferably in commerce of a recognized university.
ii) Pass in Intermediate Exam. In CA/ICWA OR pass in SAS (Civil) or Commercial OR Post Graduate in Commerce.
Experience:
i) Must have 4 years experience in the Accounts branch of a Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking or large Industrial Establishment.
ii) Should have thorough knowledge in commercial Accounts, Taxation, Stores, Budgeting and Internal Audit.

Relaxation in age limit will be considered for SCs/STs/PwD etc as per the existing Government guidelines.

Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. Those employed in Government/ PSUs, should apply through proper channel or “NOC” should be produced at the time of interview. Separate application should be submitted in case of applying for more than one post, failing which, the application will be disqualified.
