Customer Service Executive

Job Description: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries, and electronically process data and respond to customer queries pertaining to banking transactions, across the globe.

Skills/Experience: Graduates in the age group of 18 to 50 • Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills • Excellent communication skills in English • Good keyboard skills • Flexibility to work in shifts

Analyst – IT Operations

Job Description: Provide remote support to its global business, across the following areas: • IT Service Desk • Information Security/Access Management • Windows/Unix/Linux Server Operations and Administration • Network Engineering on VPN/Bluecoat/QIP/DNS/DHCP/ Infoblox • Network Security on Nokia and Checkpoint firewalls

Skills/Experience: Graduates in IT disciplines with industry-relevant training/certification in the following fields: Basic knowledge of Networking Concepts, Operating Systems, Hardware and Standard Desktop Software; MCSE, CCNA, CCNP; SCSA/RHCE

UAT Test Analyst

Job Description: Analyse functional requirement documents and create test cases.

Skills/Experience: BCA/MCA or equivalent with 6-12 months of software testing experience

Customer Service Executive – French Operations

Job Description: Support our French operations, by handling General Processing activities in the areas of Payments and Purchasing; handle customer queries and information requests, which will require correspondence in French.

Skills/Experience: Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking French
