Tech Support Specialist (Job code: L2_ICSBLR 0410)

■ At least 6 months experience in desktop/laptop tech support
■ Experience in international call centre preferred
■ Should possess excellent trouble shooting skills

Tech Support Specialist (Job code: L3_ICSBLR 0410)

■ At least 3+ years experience in desktop tech support
■ Experience of SME will bean added advantage
■ Should be able to handle multiple tech sessions simultaneously
■ Excellent communications & trouble shooting skills

QA Specialist – Process (Job code: QA_ICSBLR 0410)

■ At least 3 years experience as QA for desktop process
■ Responsible for team performance improvement
■ High focus on metrics driven improvements in the team

Team Lead- Process (Job code: TL_ICSBLR 0410)

■ At least 4+ years experience in desktop tech support process
■ Should have handled team of 10+ in desktop process
■ Should possess excellent team management skills
■ Good technical skills in desktop trouble shooting

AM – Tech Operations (Job code: AM_ICSBLR 0410)

■ 3-8 years of experience in call centre industry (International Voice based Technical Program preferred) with at least one year in the AM/Managerial role
■ Budget development and oversight experience with an eye for detail
■ Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing major projects or initiatives
■ Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style
■ Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems and computer hardware
■ Excellent communications and strong analytical skills

Sales Trainers (Job code: SA_ICSBLR 0410)

■ Sales trainer for training new batches as well as existing sales team
■ 1 – 5 years of experience in sales training
■ Ability to identify and continuously improvise training modules
■ Should possess excellent sales skills
■ A good presenter with excellent communications skills
■ Process Trainer on a sales process from an international BPO, for at least 2 years is desirable
