Position: MARKETING AND TRAINING MANAGER (Code: MTM)
HQ: Bangalore
Profile: The candidate should preferably have a PG diploma or degree in marketing, with 8 to 10 years of work experience in various positions, with exposure to South Indian markets. The prospective candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, training competencies and relationship management ability. The candidate should have committed leadership, learn building skills and be willing to undertake extensive tours.

Position: AREA SALES MANAGER (2nd line Manager) (Code: ASM)
HQs: Chennai and Hyderabad
Profile: The candidate should have worked at least 2 to 3 years as a first-line manager in pharmaceutical sales & marketing and have a degree or diploma. He should have demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets. His dynamism should be reflected in terms of territory knowledge and should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, training competencies and relationship management ability.

Position: FIELD SALES MANAGER (1st line Manager) (Code: FSM)
HQs: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Tirupathi and Madurai
Profile: The candidate should have a degree or diploma and have experience of at least 2 to 3 years as a first-line manager in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Medical representatives with 3 to 4 years field work experience and potential managerial skills can also apply. He should have demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets. His dynamism should be reflected in terms of territory knowledge and should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, training competencies and relationship management ability.

Position: MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (Code: MR)
HQs: Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Hassan, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Tirupathi, Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, and Salem.
Profile: Candidate should have a degree or diploma with or without sales and marketing experience. He should be a go-getter and a self-starter. The MR candidate should be presentable, have a willingness to learn, preferably have a two wheeler, should know English and the local language. He should have good written and oral communication skills, be computer literate, possess planning ability and be willing to travel and meet people for business.
