Background: The brand Morning Mist has been launched about 6 months ago and has already carved a position for itself in the healthcare market. To spearhead the growth, we are looking at dynamic sales personnel across all levels.
AGM – Sales – Direct Marketing: Will be responsible for the overall division’s performance. Should have knowledge of the various processes driving success in a Direct Marketing setup including lead generation activities, management of the Direct Sales team & setting up of a vibrant associate network. The product involves Concept Selling & the AGM will have to drive various BTL promotion & CRM activities.
The desirous candidates should have about 5-6 years of experience in similar capacity, with at least 3 years in a senior sales/marketing position. Should be a good team manager & lead from upfront.
Manager-Associate Sales: Will be responsible for setting up the freelance agent net work & ensuring high productivity of the same. Should ensure high levels of support & motivation to the agent network through his team. Should have minimum 3 years experience in managing agents & a sales team.
Manager – Promotions: Will be responsible for conceptualizing & executing various promotional activities, leading to generation of sales leads. Must have direct similar experience of at least 2 years.
Sales Executives – Direct Marketing: Graduates with 1-2 years experience in Direct Marketing to end users or in selling through Agents. Should possess good communication skills (English/ Telugu/Hindi).
Professional Sales Representatives (PSRs): For promotion of Morning Mist nutraceuticals to the medical and healthcare professionals like Nutritionists, Physiotherapists & others. Must have about 2 years of selling experience in pharmaceutical marketing and possess basic knowledge of life sciences. Must have excellent communication skills.
Intensive and regular product knowledge to all is imparted through health care professionals.
