NRI Academy of Sciences comprising of PG Level Medical College, 1050 bedded NRI General & Super-speciality Hospital, College of Nursing and other Allied Institutions is looking for outstanding personnel as mentioned below:
Chief Finance Officer
Must be qualified Chartered Accountant having minimum 10 years experience in Accounts, Finance and Auditing works especially in large educational institutions. Must be fully conversant with accounting packages to generate MIS reports with ease.
Civil Engineer
Must be full-time B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering having minimum 10 years experience in Planning, Construction and Maintenance of large buildings. Must be fully conversant with preparation and reading of CADD Drawings and timely execution of all Civil works.
Manager-HRD
Must be MBA (HR) or Two Years PG Diploma in HRM from NIPM / XLRI with minimum 10 years experience especially in Medical Colleges or similar large public or private educational institutions. Must be fully conversant with all HR functions like Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, etc. with hands-on experience to comply all Statutory Obligations. Persons with SAP-HR and ability to design and implement HRIS are preferred.
Nursing Superintendent
Must be MSc Nursing with minimum 8 years experience m large multi-specialty hospitals of minimum 750 bedded strength. Must possess good nursing as well as Management Skills with good Interpersonal Skills. Persons with good exposure to NABH regulations are preferred.
