Qualification: Any graduation


Requirements:
– Good logical, analytical, reasoning and written communication skills
– Smart, energetic & decision making
– Well versed with customer service orientation, phone etiquette & basic computer applications

Positions:
• Customer Service Executives: Minimum 1 year of International calling (US)/2 yrs of domestic calling
• Team Leads: 3-4 years of experience in US voice process
• Trainers: 1+ years of trainer experience. Certifications as an added advantage
• Team Managers: 5+ years of experience and proven track record

Note: Should be flexible for shifts
