Shanta Sriram is rapidly expanding and requires the following personnel for their prestigious upcoming projects:
Personal Secretary to CMD: (Graduate with 3-5 years experience): Must have good computer knowledge, communication skills and pleasing personality
Sales Executives/Assistant Managers (5 nos): A Marketing with 2+ years relevant experience will be preferred, freshers can also apply): Will be responsible for pro-active selling of large scale high end commercial and residential spaces to new and existing clientele. Converting enquries into business and make appointments for the sales manger to meet the clients. Should work closely with management in formulating sales strategies.
Executive – Telemarketing: (Graduate with 3-5 years experience will be preferred, freshers can also apply): Should handle outbound calls with a pleasing personality and ability to convince customers over phone. Willingness to achieve designated quantum of calls and site visit targets.
Legal Officer (2 nos): (Law Graduates with 5-8 years experience): Should have experience in all legal matters pertaining to land, construction and real estate industry and handle like civil/criminal/ land / labour cases and give preliminary opinion for land acquisitions.
Executive – Laisoning: (Graduate with 3-5 years experience): Must have good communication skills and pleasing personality to deal with Revenue /HMDA/GHMC and other local bodies.
Account Executive (2 Nos): (M.COM/MBA With 2-3 Year experience ):should have sound knowledge of accounts, statutory filings and day-to-day activities.
ERP Manager (female): (Graduate with 3-5 years experience): Should implement and manage the ERP implementation by laisoning with internal departments.
Executive – CRM: (Graduate with 3-5 years experience): Graduate with excellent communication skills in handling the relationship with the customer follow-ups and marketing team and with computer skills,
Brand Manager: Post Graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Advertising / MR / PR / Event management with exposure to media): Should execute periodical integrated branding and promotional campaigns for specific projects and corporates to ensure maximum brand visibility and brand pull.
Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator: (Diploma with 3-5 years experience): Should handle drafting of construction plans and estimation of BOQ’s. Good knowledge of construction, planning and drafting (both 2D, 3D) on AutoCAD.
Technical Manager Customer Care: (BE/ B.Tech – Civil, with minimum 5 years experience): Manage all construction and customer related issues such as construction progress, delivery of commitments, customer site visits etc. Should give speedy resolution of issues by interfacing with relevant site engineer. Must have good communication skills and a good track record of handling customers and issue resolution.
AGM- Construction (2 nos): (BE/ B. Tech (Civil) with minimum 10 years experience): Should manage the entire construction value chain for multiple sites, progress of work as per schedule within timelines and ensuring quality of delivery both by labor contractors and material suppliers.
