1.GENERAL MANAGER / DGM-HR (Designation code : GMHR)
The role involves manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation structure, interaction with HR service provider, etc.
Ideal candidate should be a graduate with MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed institution and should have hands-on experience in hard core HR functions and service legal matters n a large service organization for at least 10 years The candidate should possess excellent conceptual and communication skills and should be able to provide inputs to top management on all HR issues. Knowledge of Telugu (written and spoken) is essential.
2.GENERAL MANAGER – IT (Designation code: GMIT)
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Graduates in Engineering Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/IT. Candidates with Masters in related UG or MBA will be preferred.
The roe involves total responsibility of the IT operations in Hyderabad, building and maintaining vendor relationships and implementation of network & software security policies.
Technology professionals in a leadership role having minimum 10+ years of experience in software development industry including product architecture, design and development. Exposure to Java and related technologies is strongly desired. Compensation will be as per Industry Standards.
