Based out of Bangalore, Tesco Hindustan Service Centre (HSQ is the global services arm for Tesco worldwide. As the pulse of the Tesco group, we provide IT, Business, Commercial and Finance services.

Housed at Tesco HSC, Tesco Maintenance provides maintenance services to over 2,500 Tesco stores worldwide for field team, contract management, escalation management, finance, personnel and payroll.

Head -Tesco Maintenance Services (10925)
Key responsibilities Include setting-up and establishing maintenance operations in an offshore environment/ Will be accountable for providing maintenance services to over 2500 Tesco stores globally/ Proven track record as a leader In a large operational environment needed / Strong understanding of all maintenance aspects of electrical and mechanical equipments / Excellent leadership skills / Should have varied and diverse experience in managing technical teams in a services delivery environment / Ability to manage relations with external suppliers and internal customers across geographies / Strong understanding of quality management principles with ability to design robust business processes to drive best of class operations / Should be a visionary with a passion for excellence and openness to learn / Engineer with 12+ years experience (In IT enabling services would be an added advantage).

Manager Operations – Performance Improvement (10917)
Graduate Engineer or MBA with 8+ of years experience with expertise in the area of process improvements / Quality management principles / Hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives and proven track record for continuous process improvement / Ability to conceptualize and design key business metrics dashboards, develop and enhance reporting standards/ Implement process improvement models and drive cost saving initiatives / Six Sigma Black Belt certification is desirable.

Manager Operations – Planning (10926)
Graduate Engineer or MBA with 8+years of extensive experience in Resourcing and Work Forecasting, Planning Operations & Scheduling / Excellent analytical skills with proven track record in using advanced statistical models / Strong understanding of Six Sigma tools and principles / Good influencing and communication skills.

Manager – Statutory and Audit records (10920)
Graduate Engineer or MBA with 8+years of experience/Proven record of managing statutory and audit compliance in a large organization / Experience in establishing and maintaining records for audit and statutory compliance in maintenance operations / Understanding of UK statutory audit and statutory law / Accountable for audit and statutory compliance / Certification on audit and statutory records is desirable.

Team Lead -Technical Maintenance Process (10922)
Engineering or Diploma Graduates with 4 to 5 years experience In managing technical support teams / Experience in refrigeration and HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) industry will be preferred / Excellent communication and people management skills / Proven track record in managing teams / Strong interpersonal skills / Experience in BPO environment is desirable/Willingness to work in shifts.

Team Lead – Customer Service Process (10921)
Any Graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience / Ability to work in teams / Strong interpersonal and communication skills / Experience in BPO environment will be an added benefit /Willingness to work in shifts.

Officer-Technical Maintenance Process (10923)
Engineering or Diploma Graduates with 1 to 4 years experience of working in technical support teams / Experience in refrigeration and HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) industry will be preferred / Ability to work in teams / Good communication skills / Willingness to work in shifts / Fresh Engineering Graduates with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Analyst (10932)
Graduates with2 to 4 years experience/ Data analysisand interpretation skills /Ability to generate reports / Good presentation skills / Statistics background preferable
