1. Service Desk Analyst – Technical Support Voice Process
Good knowledge of Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications. 0-3 years of experience.
2. Customer Care Analyst – Non Technical Voice Process
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). 0-3 years of experience.
For all these positions, we are looking for candidates with a minimum educational qualification of PUC and above. They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7) is a must.
