Zonal Managers • Job code : ZM / Regional Sales Managers – Job code : RSM
Qualification: MSc/B Sc (Ag) Preferably with an MBA Experience-8-10 years in the seed industry.

Job Profile: Responsible for sales, collections, product promotion channel management, credit control, compliance with company policies & guidelines as laid down lime to time by the management, zone agricultural statistics with market intelligence, liaison with government departments and agricultural institutions, formulate and execute schemas for the ABS/Sales, providing direction, motivation, and training field executives for optimum performance & review travel plans, stock and POG report.

Area Sales Managers – Job code: ASM / Territory Sales Managers – Job code : TSM / Sales Officers -Job code: SO
Qualification: M.Sc/ B.Sc (Ag). Experience: 3-6 years in the seed industry.

Job Profile: Responsible for achieving annual sales & collection targets. Implementing promotional campaigns involves in touch with farmers, dealers and distributors. Enhancing distribution and support network, enforcing marketing intelligence activities and training executive team.
